Whistleblowers

Do most Americans feel that murder is worse than selling $350 worth of marijuana on a first offense?
Dear Sir/Madam:
RE: Serious corruption in the U.S. Justice Department
I am a British/Canadian businessman that a Russian, Egor Chernov attempted to kidnap and murder. Due to the fact there were rogue FBI Agents, Mark Pinto and Chris (McInnes I believe as the last name was hidden from me) involved, the Justice Department prevented Special Agent Gregory Coleman from prosecuting Chernov. He fought the good fight and tried hard, but he was threatened with dismissal, according to him, if he pushed any harder. He was eventually removed from his squad of twenty years and taken off the case. His reward was being placed on the Magnitsky list by Russia, as the officials above him who allowed Chernov to walk free were absolved of any blame in this case. SA Coleman threatened me if I spoke about it, he would not retire and seek to get me anyway possible. It was not a heartfelt threat or an idle threat, it was a matter of survival for him. He had no choice with those above him threatening him. I respect him and understood his dilemma dealing with corruption up to high levels in Justice.
SA Coleman retired in January of this year, so I feel liberated to speak, not because I was overly concerned with his threat against me, but I was concerned of the ramifications for him and his career. He now makes his living speaking about an inconsequential drug infested rich kid from Queens, NY, the Wolf of Wall Street. He refuses to this day to speak about Egor Chernov or the corruption in the U.S. Justice Department. He is afraid. He told me if he spoke about what he knows it would cost him his life. I have emails from him which speak of the incompetence above him. SA Doleman has offered to speak to me over a beer to reveal the truth to me. He will speak to no one else, according to his emails to me.
You can read his initial affidavit to the court in Utah based upon his investigation. It is all there in black and white, even a referral to the corrupt agents. Mark Pinto, I was promised by Coleman, would be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. He went free.
Now, I understand you stand up for Whistleblowers. I am unafraid for my life. I long ago realized it is under constant threat and will be no matter what I do. I have received numerous death threats and litigation threats if I continue. In honour of Rex Judd, who was murdered, Weldon Angelos, who ironically had the same lawyer as Egor Chernov and got fifty-five years for a first offense with marijuana and my my family who were almost tortured and murdered, I will not stop.
Are you unafraid to at least investigate? Are you willing to truly expose the biggest corruption in recent American history. Read how Egor Chernov, while waiting to be indicted for murder, according to the FBI, applied for a Presidential Pardon. It is all verifiable and absolutely true.
Since 2006, I have lived under threat and apprehension, this will not change. There is nothing you can do to prevent what may happen to me. However a great man said, the only thing it takes for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing.
You may not like where this leads but it exposes the truth, if that matters.
Yours truly,

I have included a brief synopsis below for your perusal.
If the opening statement above is true then why did Egor Chernov a man that ordered the murder of an American walk free and return to Russia? He had the same lawyer as Weldon Angelos, the irony could not be more shocking.
I do not mean to be overly simplistic or patronizing, as the answers I feel are obvious. In any event, all is verifiable in affidavits filed by Special Agent Gregory Coleman of Wolf of Wall Street fame.
You may want to ask yourself why, SA Coleman never refuses a paid speaking engagement or an interview on Jordan Belfort alternatively he refuses any interview on or off the record on Egor Chernov.
Do any reporters believe in that freedom of the press? How can Chernov be freed? How can Weldon have spent eleven years of a fifty-five year sentence?
“Equal protection of the laws”
Weldon Angelos was just 24 years old when he was sentenced to fifty-five years in federal prison for three marijuana sales.
The Judge that sentenced Weldon, Paul Cassell, sat on the same Federal bench as another Judge in Utah, Dale Kimball.
Egor Chernov and Weldon Angelos shared the same attorney, Jerome Mooney. When Judge Kimball received the pre-trial affidavit on Egor Chernov, it stated, “The fraudulent passports are inextricably tied to other criminal conspiracies.”
Judge Cassell sentenced, Weldon Angelos to 55 years in jail for the non-violent crime of selling marijuana. In the same court room Judge Kimball sentenced Egor Chernov, who ordered the murder of Rex Judd and the kidnapping and murder of me, to fifty-one months in jail.
September 15th, 2005, Rex Judd boarded a plane at JFK. His wife Lori Judd dropped him curbside. She thought he would be back in two weeks she would never see him again alive or dead.
Egor Chernov woke up early on a September morning two weeks prior and sent a wire for the rental of the sailboat from Western Union in Walmart just off route 15 in Lehi, Utah to Pattaya, Thailand. As the testimony details, Rex Judd flew across the Pacific as two Australians prepared chains and batteries for his arrival in Pattaya, Thailand.
In the early morning hours on the Andaman Sea, one of the Australians reported to Paul Combs that Rex Judd had his teeth knocked out with a large wrench, his body tied with chains to old car batteries as he slowly drifted to his watery grave.
Chernov, a Russian immigrant in Salt Lake City, Utah, arranged one more time for the Australians to book a sailboat in March, 2006 as he prepared to head back to Thailand. This time his victim would be me. When I visited Egor Chernov in Las Vegas, Nevada at his offices he introduced me to FBI agents that worked with him and provided him with secret files on individuals, I can attest to this fact, as I told the grand jury in Utah, as very confidential information, secret was provided on me.
We arrived in Phuket, for a family vacation, I ended up on a sailboat in Phuket Marina, the afternoon of March 29th. On a sunny day on the shores of the azure Andaman Sea they attempted to kidnap and murder me and bury me in a watery grave.
Buddha says, "There are only two mistakes one can make along the road to truth; not going all the way, and not starting."
After escaping from Thailand, we arrived in Hong Kong in early April, 2006. I immediately, started an investigation to seek justice.
As I continued my investigation an American Security Agent, Andrew Loftus from the U.S. Embassy in Thailand informed me, Rex Judd, our friend, who disappeared in September, 2005, was dead. I was stunned.
The FBI assigned Special Agent Gregory Coleman, of Wolf of Wall Street fame, to the case in early May, 2005. I immediately warned Coleman of the corrupt agents in the FBI, he promised no one, not even his superiors would get my name. This is a promise he could not fulfill. My testimony before the grand jury became known to all the criminals involved.
The break came when I got a call from Paul Combs, he stated he was present in Phuket when Chernov gave the order to murder Rex Judd. Further, he flew out of Phuket to Singapore with Chernov to provide an alibi at the time. They returned one day after Judd's murder and Combs obtained all his possessions including his wedding ring, cufflinks and credit cards. These were eventually turned over to the FBI with my assistance.
Paul Combs explained to me, he posed as Michael Woods, after being hired by Chernov to extort and murder me. I was shaking uncontrollably as I put the phone down. Paul Combs agreed to provide the information to the FBI and I arranged a meeting. He gave a lengthy statement to Special Agent Gregory Coleman and other agents in New York.
The subpoena came for me and my family to testify before the longest sitting grand jury in Utah history, I read the affidavit provided by Special Agent, Coleman, it stated clearly, "the fraudulent passports are inextricably intertwined with the criminal activity." They arrested their key cooperating witness to silence him, Paul Combs, I was stunned. How the key witness could be arrested and expected to cooperate was beyond my comprehension.
One year later, I met with the Special Agent Gregory Coleman in New York City. Coleman informed me that the incompetency of the Justice Department prevented him from charging Chernov. All the files in the case were sealed in early 2010 as a matter of national security.
Paul Combs was released from custody in January, 2010. He called me and promised he had all the information to blow the case wide open and expose the corruption. One more time and one last chance, I felt justice was at hand. We were to meet in July, 2010.
On June 7th, 2010 I got a call from FBI Special Agent, Gregory Coleman. During this call SA Coleman never mentioned the death two days prior of the key witness, Paul Combs. The same day, an hour or so later, a reporter from Canada, Ethan Barron, informed me Paul Combs was dead. I called Gregory Coleman called back, at first he stated he had not been informed, however he called back and informed me, after apparently calling authorities in Florida, Paul Combs was dead from a gunshot wound to the head. It is inconceivable a reporter from Canada would be informed before the chief investigating agent from the FBI. Coleman reported later he had been prevented from informing me by his superiors.
June 11, 2011 Egor Chernov flew out of America to Moscow. In the case of Weldon Angelos, Jerome Mooney’s other client in the Federal justice system, his release date is 2051, given that here is no parole in the Federal justice system. Can any whistleblower in the world sleep at night knowing the level of injustice in this case. Is everyone not equal before law. Jennifer Shasky Calvery, the key prosecuting U.S. Attorney was promoted to the head of FinCen. She allowed a murderer to walk free.
In the least, should the American public not know why, FBI corrupt agents went unpunished and why two Australian hitmen and a Russian who ordered the murder of an American walk free.
Can whistleblowers deal with corruption up to this level?
It reaches higher than you might think.
Talk to SA Coleman and see if he will respond. gregorycoleman2015@gmail.com He should be able to tell the truth without fear of reprisals in America, shouldn't he?
Yours truly,
