Dear Mr.

Tully

,

RE: Egor Chernov - www.murderontheandamansea.com

You were the lead U.S. Attorney on this case and your Department allowed a murderer to walk free. I do not understand why? Everyone is now saying, 'all lives matter', why did the life of Rex Judd not matter. Why did my life and my family's not matter?

I cooperated with the DOJ and brought a murderer into your hands. Your Department allowed him to walk free. It is beyond belief, that you had the names of the murderers, the witness as provided by me and yet you did not ask the grand jury for an indictment. I am confused as this has shaken by belief in justice. Can you help me in anyway comprehend the actions of the U.S. Department of Justice in allowing a murderer to walk free?

I am unsure if you remember this email as I assisted the DOJ in pursuing the murderer of Rex Judd. It appears, in spite of my efforts, he was allowed to walk free. I find the irony in the fact that Egor Chernov and Weldon Angelos had the same lawyer and were sentenced in the same court room, sickening. One was a murderer and financial terrorist worse than Bernie Madoff and one was a small time marijuana dealer. The latter got fifty-five years in a Federal prison, the prior fifty-one months.

This email may remind you of the case of Egor Chernov, who walked free. Your Department wants to extradite Snowden from Russia for endangering American lives, yet the same Department sent a murderer of an American back to Russia.

How is this justice? I investigated with no power of interrogation, no resources and no funding and yet provided your Department with the names of the murderers, the witness, the physical evidence and the fake passports. It is wrong that my life was put at risk as I was mislead by the DOJ, and unjust, is it not?

Subject: RE: Victim

Dear Mr. Flynn—

Thank you for your recent correspondence and for expressing your concerns.

As we have advised in the past, we cannot and will not disclose your grand jury testimony absent a court order, and we have not done so. For these same reasons, we are unable to provide you any internal information regarding this investigation or any other potential charges arising from it.

Apparently, however, there has been some press attention to the investigation, and certain of those stories purport to relate information provided by you and others.

Moreover, and as we have also discussed previously, we are certainly concerned for the safety and security of any witness who provides information to the government in every case. Of course, if there is an imminent threat, please contact local law enforcement immediately. We have forwarded your message to FBI Special Agent Coleman; as you have in the past, please contact the FBI should you have ongoing concerns.

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Gregory C.J. Lisa

Trial Attorney

Organized Crime & Racketeering Section

U.S. Department of Justice
